The General Contracting division of Fredericks Inc. has been successfully
orchestrating the construction of small to medium-sized commercial
buildings for more than 20 years.
We self-perform with a fleet of equipment that we continually
update, which currently includes a vibratory smooth drum roller,
sheep’s foot roller, pan, grader, D-4 dozer, 943 track loader,
two skidsteers, three telehandlers, and two backhoes.
Fredericks Inc. employs a full-time sales and estimating force,
as well as a highly-trained in-house estimator to custom design
metal buildings using the Varco Pruden design program.
While most of projects are located within Central Indiana, we
will travel farther to accommodate our preferred clients.
